The truffle season finally picked up, not my income. What to do? La Régalade, of course. The usual terrine (no pic), perfect truffled scrambled eggs, a piece of calf like I thought you only find at Bras, very perfectly cooked, and truffles, and a super light, super frank Soufflé au Grand Marnier. 60,50eur with a bottle of Chateldon (I amlost forgot the traditional madeleines at the end of the meal, no pic either)
