I started with a basic wire frame clamped to my work bench

Everything gets two coats of black spray paint
More colors are added to make it look more like weathered bone. Then I gave it all two coats of spray polyurethane and then glued on a few bits of moss.
I bought a plastic pumpkin for the head
A little carving
I then put in a color changing LED that I took out of a cheep Halloween decoration I found in a discount store
It looks so cool in the dark
Now for some paint to make it look a little more evil
Then I put them all together and added some shreds of black gauze
