Walking up the street from our hotel for this view of Sacre Coer.
Sacre Coer in Montmatre
A major scene in the French film Amelie of Montmatre was filmed here.
This carousel played the music from the film.

Day 3: Starting again at Sacre Coer
The Arc de Triomphe
Do you see the poepl standing on top?
After much walking, trying to get around a Marathon that day, we finally found the tower.
Unfortunately, the lines were too long to wait in, and we did not go up.
The old royal palace which is now called La Louvre
A church across the street from the Louvre
The courthouse? on the city island (the island that was once the entire city of Paris)
Of course, Notre Dame is on the city island
Stained glass in Notre Dame (“Our Lady”)
Le Moulin (“The Windmill”), in Montmatre near the Moulin Rouge (“The Red Windmill” - which I fogot to take a photo of)
Time to say goodbye to Paris, see you again sometime.
