Just liked this. The light coming through the doors and windows, shining on the brick.
Leaching salts or minerals
The leaking salts and minerals from the ceiling are actually creating stalagtites and stalagmites. Look at the floor, the bumps, the wet. Cavelike, eh??
These stairs have a 12.5 inch rise! I could hardly get down them. WOW

Bricks that are seriously degraded. In the museum we saw a reference to substandard bricks being delivered to the site. Not sure these were some of those, but still interesting.
