Escape from Alcatraz 2010
TriFury members Michelle Bajdek, Mark Ponikvar, Ken Shiff & myself will take on the "30th Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon" on Sunday May 2nd. All 1st timers too. This includes a 1.5 mile swim, then a 1 mile run, then an 18 mile bike, and and 8 mile run. I will post pictures throughout the weekend to this album. Dave Tyler
