Measurement shed. Boats get towed in on the right by a forklift, the mast gets done, then moved round to the other side for measuring of keel and weigh in. Quite an operation.
Everyone nervously watching to see if the chief measurer who has 'a thing' for keels will pronounce us class legal or not.
