Harrington Square Fire, Renton, WA.
Renton Fire & Emergency Services were dispatched to a multi-family structure fire at NE 9th St and Harrington Ave in Renton Tuesday evening, June 30, at 8:01 p.m. The fire grew rapidly, forcing the firefighters to increase the response to five alarms with approximately 10 engines, 9 ladder trucks, aid and medic units, along with several command staff/officers on location. Over 85 firefighters battled the fire for nearly 3-1/2 hours.
