OK, here goes!! We're gona start by cutting out the ceiling and make a "raised boxed" ceiling. Will make the room look much larger.
Down comes the first one.

This is the "box". Ceiling will raise about 12".
A pause for the cause. The back 1/4 of the Coach House over the bathroom and the utility room will have the regular "flat" ceiling, as you can see here.
Now we have it all boxed in. This is the front end or living room area.

This was NEAT to watch. All he ever used to stand on was these two empty 5 gal cans. He could "walk" them all around the room.
Now the Wall Paint.
He did this all "free" hand, no tape!!
He was just a young guy, couldn't speak but a few words of English, but he WAS a Painter!!!
All done!!!! One guy, took him a little over 5 hours, start to finish. remarkable!!

WOW, we made lots of cut outs in this wall!! Electric Plugs, Coax, Speaker wires and switches. They count up.
Took 2 gal of Primer and 1 gal Ceiling and 2 gal on walls.
