If congress celebrations require so much police, its no doubt there is going to be an increased crime rate in the city!

How about this? If the govt. has an attitude of such kind towards the environment, I'm damn sure they must have lot of policies to account for!
They stopped right in the middle of the road, jammed the traffic and polluted the environment by Smoke, Noise and corruption!
