SM 2008 10 04 Ingalls Lake
Pictures from a great Moutaineers hike led by Jerry Wheeler. The weather was disagreeable--chilly with lots of rain, wind, fog, and hail. But we had wet weather gear and pushed on and it was worth it. The larches were turning yellow and the lichen and other vegetation was impressively red, yellow and green. And the rocks came in every size, shape, pattern, and color imaginable. It was a great hike and i'm looking forward to visiting next year in more agreeable weather.
