A Little Drive One Day

We took a drive up the Icicle, but could only go so far. There had been a landslide, and the road was closed. We sat and took photographs anyway, and took a little walk on the Snow Lakes trail...just down to the bridge, mainly, to see the high water flow.

Trippin' The Light...

Headlights, street lights, etc. Some experimental Lights-at-Night-- on our way home from the Pomeroy Trip. Just dragged the camera across the view...sort of a pan, I guess. These look cool-er...IMO, heh...if you click on the *slideshow* link so they have a black background.

Pomeroy Trip

We took a trip over to where I was born and spent my early years. We started by going south from here to the Tri-Cities; then we drove through Pomeroy; and then to Lewiston where we spent a couple of days. We drove all around town and around Clarkston, too, and looked at many of the places I used to go during my life there. Then we went up to Uniontown to see my aunt and uncle there, and had a nice visit with them and their daughter Heather. After that we drove back to Pomeroy where we drove around; had a walk-about; and I spent a whole day going through historical documents at the courthouse. I'm grateful to my husband for taking me to all these places. I have wanted to do that for so many years. During the trip we also got to visit with two other sets of aunts and uncles. It was so wonderful to see everyone.
