Welcome Reception Honoring Dr. Chisara N. Asomugha
Dr. Asomugha is the new Community Services Administrator (CSA) for the City of New Haven. In her capacity as CSA, she oversees a number of departments and policy initiatives, including Public Health, Elderly Services, Youth, the office of New Haven Residents and SAGA services.
