It's the first time I smoked Butt for pulling. I am very happy with how they turned out. A couple o things i different. One, I cheese-clothed the butts and secondly, i didnt use any sugar in the rubs or marinades. The pork was so tender it is hard to describe how good it is. the beef back ribs came out great. Not so happy with the brisket though, the dark marks in the meat are from where i injected the meat. It came out tender enough, after coooling and slicing with my meat slicer it was rather good for sandwichs.

Beef and Pork BBQ weekend,
The beef back ribs smoked for 7 hours, the brisket and pork shoulder for 12 hours. I got a late start 10am finished after 10pm
