The Palais Garnier Opera.
l'Arc de Triomphe at night.
We had to examine this sign hard before we found proof that the dinosaur is a sticker. It broke my heart.
Notre Dame de Paris.
Another Notre Dame.
Notre Dame and a Christmas tree!
Notre Dame de Paris from the side.
La place Saint-Michel, where we met up for a free walking tour.
Me with a dragon-lion fountain.
Saint Michele, banishing Lucifer.
Notre Dame, from Pont Neuf.
Anything with that "N" on it means that Napoleon had it built.
This is Pont Neuf. "Pont" means "bridge" and "neuf" means either "nine" or "new".
The Louvre.
I forget what exactly this is, but I think it's some church that has something to do with the St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre.
The courtyard of the Louvre. We didn't go in because there was too much to see and there wasn't time.
The Louvre pyramids.
Adeline in front of the Louvre.
Me in front of the Louvre pyramid.
l'Arc de Triomphe Carousel and the Eiffel Tower in the background.
I don't know what this is, but I liked it.
The Jardin des Tuileries, where the Palace des Tuileries, where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were held under house arrest during the French Revolution, once stood.
Me in front of la Place de la Concorde and the Obelisque. With my eyes closed.
The Obelisque in the middle of la Place de la Concorde.
The Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe at the end.
I think this is still la Place de la Concorde.
l'Hotel des Invalides, where Napoleon is buried.
Louis Vuiton on the Champs-Élysées. He's got his own flag!
l'Arc de Triomphe.
Me and the Arc de Triomphe.
The Eiffel Tower, as seen from the top of the Arc de Triomphe.
The Champs-Élysées as seen from the Arc de Triomphe.
The stairway down from the top of the Arc de Triomphe.
The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
The Eternal Flame.
The Moulin Rouge! There's a windmill there because "moulin rough" translates to "red mill".
The Moulin Rouge at night, once the tour bus FINALLY moved out of the way of the sign.
Me in front of the Moulin Rouge.
This is a statue inspired by a short story about a guy that can walk through walls. We were told the story during our Montmartre walking tour. The guy ends up getting stuck in a wall. That kind of sucks.
The Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre.
More of the Sacré-Cœur. I think that it looks really cool because the dark bits make it look like it was sketched.
La Mere Catherine! "Mere" means mother! Aww, mommy!
La Panteón.
Another of the Panteón.
Another of the Louvre pyraminds.
Adeline in front of the pyramids.
Me and Adeline in front of the fountain and the pyramid at the Louvre.
The Louvre!
l'Arc de Triomphe Carousel, in front of the Louvre.
l'Hotel des Invalides again.
La Tour Eiffel.
That's me down there at the bottom, but I'm kinda dark.
Me and the Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower, of course.
There was snow on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower! I think it was for some kind of thing on global warming.
Paris, seen from the Eiffel Tower. See the rainbow? How pretty!
Another view from the Eiffel Tower.
There was an ice Eiffel Tower and I'm trapped in it!
Me on the Eiffel Tower!
Sunset over Paris from the Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower at night.
More of the magical Tour Eiffel.
And yet again.
This was a statue at some palace and I thought it would make an awesome photo.
Me and the Eiffel Tower at night!
Adeline and the Eiffel Tower.
Me ready to eat escargot!
Me: "Hm, it's actually not that bad!"
Escargots!
Adeline about ready to eat escargot.
Adeline: "It doesn't taste like anything."
The Louvre at night. It didn't turn out terribly well, but there you go.
Versailles. It really wasn't that special on the outside and it was too expensive to go in, but whatever.
More of Versailles.
Another of Versailles. It kind of sucks that we came all that way and Natalie and I didn't go in, but Adeline says that it wasn't worth the price.
A golden cow statue that reminded Natalie and me of a movie.
This wall says "I love you" in, like, 360 different languages.
Adeline and Natalie at the "I love you wall". How cute!
A Dalí painting at the Dalí exhibit in Montmartre.
Another cool Dalí painting. Look at the silver tube thing!
Another neat Dalí painting.
And another Dalí.
Another Dalí.
Yet another Dalí.
A Dalí statue thing.
Adeline made me take this picture since it has her name in it.
These were at the train station. Why such big guns?!
