The basic setup was that Charles Widmore had contacted me to help him locate some stolen property of his, and working with his various henchman, I've put together a bunch of information about the history of the island, the Oceanic Six, the Black Rock and more...
I went as the "decoy Seth Norris" pilot that Widmore had placed in the wreckage of the plane...
More casual dead pilot...
The whole getup...
And my ID badge, that's a little wet from being under the water (man, Widmore really went all out staging that crash!)
The whole group...
And now a "silly one" as if it's not silly enough on its own.
Alan as a spot-on Doc Ray
Alan and I do our best "dead characters" pose...
The only way to keep her quiet!
The bag helps too!
All we're missing is Charles Widmore and his bidding paddle...
Jesse as Vincent...
Mike as the Oceanic wreckage under the sea...
I was going to piggy back on Mike to look like the dead pilot actually in the plane, but the scale was all wrong...
Vincent inspects the wreckage...
Katie was all friendly at first...
Then she got ready to gas the place...
What did you do, Katie?!?!
Andy as Daniel and I compare black ties...
Carrie as Jin's stuffed panda bear (that mouth is CREEPY!)
Aaron as one of the pylons of the sonic fence...
complete with strategically placed number pad.
Mau as the hatch's blast door map...
Zach, who went as regular Karl last year cranks it up a notch with dead Karl this year...
complete with Nalgene bottle!
Sarah as a guest to Hurley's surprise party...
Lindsay's tattoo that she got several years ago looks suspiciously like the Orchid symbol...
Let the trivia begin...
Trivia prizes...including Dharma pint glasses, a bloody-nosed Eloise, a "Desmond is my constant" t-shirt, Oceanic Airlines shirt and tote bag, "Not Penny's Boat" coffee mug, Apollo Chocolate mug, Ho Hos, a hot wheels version of Hurley's Chevy, RISK, various LOST books, numbered rabbit pins, a polar bear skull and a miniature Black Rock painting (there were only ever one large and one miniature painting of the Black Rock made, so quite a rare find!)
Everyone got pencils!
a close up of the "polar bear skull"
Eloise!
the Black Rock painting...
Mike is voted winner of best costume even though he didn't sit in the plane outfit for the whole night. That's 2 years in a row he's won best costume. Will he pull a hat trick next year? The pressure is on!
The trophies are getting harder and harder to come up with. Thankfully, we had Tom's sort of flamboyant call guy Arturo this season. As a result, the trophy says Arturo's Flaming Fierceness Award for LOST Dress-Uppery, May 22nd, 2008, Girlfriend! (Before they switched finale dates) In what can only be described as ever-expanding trophy technology, the fire flames are actually printed on the base of the trophy, with Tom and Arturo getting ready to wrestle up top. :)
For those that didn't win best costume, a participant ribbon they can mount and frame. :)

Explains the basic setup for the party decorations everywhere...
I created fake newspaper clippings and you know you've officially gone insane when you send them through the printer again with a different story for the back side so it looks like it really came from a newspaper.
more of the wall...
a paper announcing Sun's share takeover of Paik Heavy Industries...
more information from Widmore...
Hurley's medical questionnaire for his reinstatement at Santa Rosa...
An illustration found in a History of the Seas book that has been slightly altered.

Sayid has killed many of Widmore's henchmen...
a Degrootian chief, descendent of Gerald Degroot?
Kate's trail begins...

An anomoly is found!
After a hard day of looking for an island, it's nice to just relax and listen to some Drive Shaft!
