"I own a gelding like that. He's good so long as no one tries to establish dominance over him. HE is the boss and it's it not up for discussion."

""Goldy was amazing!" This pic is Day 2 after her "blowing my ass across pen, airborne for 30 ft, head shoved in dirt! Day 2: Goldy is "looking for a New Deal in Life and wants to believe, but yet scared as hell! A backfire on a Muffler might cause her to jump fence and "sell out!" Wanting to be at peace, but does not yet know how to get there! Amazing filly!"

"Pics that follow are Day 2!"

"Two Super Sisters! Rescued by Dorothy Hallock in 2004! Both fillies were abused beyond belief by a very ignorant owner and rescued by Dorothy! These incredible fillies turned out to be very gentle and more! The owner never got on bit smarter!"

"This pic is Day 2: at the start & she had all night to think this over! Red Halter with major sores on face, with ruts, weeping wounds & at this point you could not touch her ass, let alone her head! "Goldy had No Trust in any Human at this point and I don't blame her! This is a series of pics on Day 2 & Changes, that were amazing!"

""Goldy" told me the truth about her life & I thanked her for being honest with me. When she "blew" she really did, but then waited for the "beating to commence while shiverying in 110 deg AZ Summer! I laughed, just got off ground with skinned up left chk & just went over & "hung out with her, laughing & thanking her!" I walked around pen, just hanging out! She quit shivering, started following me w/ her super great eyes! "The first step in builing trust!""

"The owners are very fine horsemen/horsewoman and the gelding not once ever showed this kind "of Kill" and had been running with her all Spring/Summer! What caused his mind to "snap" is a mystery to this day! There is no such thing as "proud cut" but the agression was the most violent thing I ever saw a Gelding do! Studs might try to kill another in the wild for "herd rights!" This I understand, this is still a mystery, 7 yrs later!"

"The same year at famous Tanque Verde Ranch, Tucson; 2 horses were killed with throats ripped out! Review of all Secuity Videos, and investigation showed no human tracks. Another horse was attacked & a gelding was caught as the killer by video and more evidence in his mouth! Just when you think you have "seen it all", get ready for another lesson!"

"Make no mistake about this! Ray Hunt saw every horse, every rider, regardless of venue and "he knew!" Not like some of the idiots giving clinics today, "where one size fits all Bullshit!""
Mike Thomas
"Mothers of Children have always been credited for this ability including mine an yours! They somehow knew when "you might color your sister's shoes!" Ray Hunt knew what you were going to do next before you knew what you were going to do next! Ray Hunt knew exactly what your horse would do as well!"
Mike Thomas
"The most amazing thing to me over the years has been One Thing! "Never Take The Think Away From The Horse! And one other: "Think"; see story about "Think!""

"I have been "blessed" in my life getting to know "the best there ever was in horses, cattle business and far more! Ray Hunt was larger than life itself and even in Mortal Death, he is still Immortal To The Horse!"
Mike Thomas
"Miss Ruby was one of those colts/fillies that could make a Klinican look good, even with an "apple in his ass!" She just wanted to please me and herself and we just rocked! Ray knew it, Carolyn knew and I knew it! Sure was fun though! Miss Ruby was owned by Deb Reason of AZ!"
Mike Thomas
"Year later you could spot her colts/fillies and they all had the same "fire in their belly!" All good ones! April of course is/was legendary!"
Mike Thomas
"I turned to Ray, after White Lightning tore down the round pen and allowed that she "wouldn't even make a good Chicken Feed Horse!" Ray laughed like hell and said: "Oh you wait and see, she's going to be a good one!" Laughed again. Ray was right, never a horse so well named in history!"
