Herbed Bread
Pics. of the 2 loaves of bread I made using the no-kneading method.
The dough was highly hydrated(about 65% hydration), and I used the fold-kneading technique to knead the dough instead of working hard at it.
It took 3x2 envelope folds to get the dough some strength to be able to rise up.
One of the loaves has olives and mixed dried herbs and pepper powder and the other loaf is a plain brown bread loaf. I haven't added caramelized sugar, so no brown colour.
Also if you notice, the colour of the wheat has stayed. This is _supposedly_ because I haven't oxidized the dough by kneading it too much.
