We arrived from Germany on the 19th, turned in our car at the airport and then stayed overnight at the Hilton right there. I took this picture looking down from our hotel at the swell two-way bike lanes - very typical for Denmark.
It was neat to see that people rode their bikes to the airport - this shows just a few of the hundreds that were parked here by the terminals.
We walked across to the terminal building to catch our flight to Norway, and who should we see but our Canadian friends Hanne and Larry! They were supposed to leave for home the previous day but their flight was canceled and they had stayed also in the Hilton! So we got a chance to talk to them one more time, and hear about their visit to Lis and Nils in Norway!
