Branden's boss and his wife graciously threw us a baby shower in mid-October. It was a "Daddy" themed shower, so all of the gifts were geared towards Branden. His co-workers had some very creative gifts and we loved them all! Our favorite gifts were the University of Michigan-themed ones...Diego is going to be a little Wolverine from day one!
We played some fun and interesting games (Navy guys are very competitive!). In this one, each couple had to sculpt a "baby" out of Playdoh! Branden tackled this task while I worked on the word scramble.

Our friends in San Diego also held a baby shower for us. My parents and friend, Katie, (remember her? She is my awesome friend who also traveled to MI for our other baby shower!) were in town that weekend, so they got to join in the fun.
Each couple brought us a onesie that they designed - they were so funny and thoughtful!
