Lucy is a beagle mix who came from the Richmond Animal League, a rescue organization.
Chico is a terrier mix, also from a rescue group, the Rockbridge SPCA in Lexington, Virginia.
When Lucy first came to us 11 years ago, we still had Tucker, a mix of Border Collie and Chow.
Tucker came to Jeff when he was a pupppie, from the Richmond SPCA.

Jeff originally found Chic on the Rockbridge SPCA website. Here is the photo Jeff saw. Chico seems to be pleading "Get me out of here!"
Chico does not like baths. Over time chico learned what it meant when mac would run the bathwater... here Chico is hiding in a closet.
Chico likes computers, and has many online friends.
One spring Chico watched Jeff plant Tulips. When Jeff left, true to his terrier nature, Chico dug them up...
Lucy and Chico are inseparable, and will often sleep in the same bed... often the smallest of the two beds.
