Southern Exposure: Johnny Boy's and Saint Ignatius
It was the sort of gloomy, overcast morning that makes you want to pull the covers up over your head and stay in bed. Although the temperature went from the high 60s to the low 70s, the high humidity and the gusty winds made it seem chillier than it was. None of that stopped us, though. Joining me were Randy Schoch, Mike Bivens, Darryl Lowery, Sonja Newman, Bob Harrington, Jim Hudnall, Paul and Linda Bankerd, Sam Perry and Miche Sidwell on a route that was basically the familiar Chapel Point, Bel Alton Newtown, Locust Grove route in reverse, with rest stops at Johnny Boy's BBQ and St. Ignatius Church.
