Urashima Taro is a fisherboy who as a young boy rescues a turtle from some cruel children and sends it back into the sea.
Many years later he is fishing when he hears his name being sung.
The turtle - now grown - returns to thank him for saving his life and as a reward to take him back to the Kingdom of the Sea.
In the Kingdom of the Sea, all the sea creatures are introduced to Urashima Taro.
The school of fish include Jonny's three younger brothers.
The Princess of the Sea officially welcomes Urashima Taro.

Urashima Taro spends many happy years in the underwater kingdom, building sandcastles and enjoying the company of his friend the Turtle - all under the watchful gaze of the Princess of the Sea.
But he becomes unhappy.
The turtle tries to cheer him up with a song and dance about their friendship.
He tries to explain - he is homesick.
He remembers himself as a little boy fishing and flying kites.
He remember his mother.
The Princess of the Sea understands that he wants to go home. She gives him a special chest and bids him never open it.
Turtle swims through the water to bring him home.
They say a final goodbye.
Urashima Taro places the chest on the ground so he can look around.
Children come by dressed differently, talking on cell phones and listening to Ipods.
They make fun of him as they once were cruel to the turtle.
His mother comes, but she has grown very old.
Everything has changed though he has not.
Sadly, he gives into his curiosity and opens the box.
(Stage business: the waves becomes drapes for a moment)
The years, which had stood still for him while he was in the Kingdom of the Sea are now released. Urashima Taro is an old man.
