Instead of punishing people for not paying their association dues, why not help them pay them? Also, why do we have such high dues? They are higher than most other condo associations in San Diego and probably 99% of those condos are better than ours. Where is the money going?
Such a beautiful pool that no one uses. The Sour Pusses hate water, fun and try to kill fun whenever it happens in the pool. They restrict access to the pool electronically - the President of the Board has the power. Fight the power! Everyone who belongs should use the pool. There should be parties there and the BBQs should work. Instead we have signs.
It is easier to license and build a nuclear waste facility than to get to use the clubhouse. The board spent thousands of our money making it beautiful but to keep it that way, no one may actually use it. Shame!
Here is where everyone lives. Soon we will have a Key, indicating VWFunPArty members, board members and Sour Pusses. Once everyone knows where everyone else lives, I'll bet people start behaving like neighbors.
