"+Branden Allen :  On the bottom right is an AVRISPmk2 programmer. It's being controlled via USB by an Ubuntu laptop (offscreen) running avrdude.  A set of 6 jumper wires are connected to a breadboard, which has a ZIF socket plugged into it.  The breadboard also has a coincell battery and an led, to power the programming process.  In the ZIF socket is an AVR ATtiny12 processor, being programmed.  The bowl on the upper left is full of unprogrammed processors, and the bowl on the upper right is full of programmed processors."
