Kuching (20 - 23 May 2010)
Kuching has never crossed my mind as a holiday destination, but in the spirit to explore new places, I decided to just go.
And boy am I taken by surprise what I found there. First of all, the city is surprisingly modern (my impression was that it's a rustic place); secondly, i'm astounded by the depth of the locals' hospitality; next, there's surprisingly lots to do there; and lastly, i got a big surprise for my 36th b day! :o)
Here's Day 1 and Day 2 of my 4 days 3 nights there. The album contains images of Kuching's Waterfront and Bako National Park.
The experiences on this trip were more than I could ask for in a perfect holiday... the kind that leaves you physically drained out, but makes your heart smile each time you think of it.
