This is a Grand Second Empire Limestone faced double townhome. In the traditional walkup style, the formal areas of the house are on the second floor with the lower areas housing the servants area and kitchen .The home dates from the late 1860's early 1870's
Great details over the doors and windowns This is tin window crowns!
Wrought iron steps and rails are unusual in their detail and the fact that they survive.

Great detailing on the Front entry door which is slightly recessed from the facade. Slightly weathered ,the door will benefit from a paint scheme that picks out the details.
Original Plaster ceining medallion in the formal parlor . Replacment of the fan with a more period correct gasolier is definitly called for.
