"This badger looks shy. A meal of dog food would make us want to brush our teeth, but badgers like it. In the wild, badgers eat earth worms, moles, voles, bird's eggs, and even the occasional hedgehog (Yiipes!) They can eat about 200 earth worms in a night but most fields have 100,000 worms per acre, so a good pasture will not run out of worms if a badger eats some."
