Boats, Cogs, telepheriques, and busses... Lucerne
Day one in Lucerne. We left Mike's Parent's house just in time for Sophie's nap and found our way to Lucerne. We parked at the train station and went directly to the office of tourisme. They hooked us up with a trip from Lucerne to Alpnachstad by boat, then Alpnachstad to Mt Pilatus (yes, named for Pontius Pilate, Jen). Then, we took the gondola down to Lucerne where we found the bus to take us back to the train station. It was a super day!
