He knows what's about to happen!
It's hard to tell in the picture, but this is after I removed the plaque from his right-side back teeth. He's still got a tiny spot left on his upper back molar.
Also hard to tell from the picture, but this is what his left side back teeth looked like before I removed the plaque. You can see the yellow/green deposit on his back upper molars if you zoom in.
