Old antifoul was breaking up - due to compressor oil sprayed on during our last sandblast.
Once the antifoul was scrapped off the true damage was revealed - we needed to sandblast again.

Neil is marking out on the new hard bimini where the timber blocks need to be inserted into the honeycomb. These will be glassed over, faired and then painted. The blocks provide hard fixing points for the mounting backets, solar panels, etc
