Fresh apricots, sweet and juicy
Or, cut them in halves
& make some poached apricots with 3Tbp of sugar in water with low heat for a few minutes. Store them in the frig for a couple hours. Perfect as a summer dessert.
Cherries are also in season now. Be amazed by the variety of flavors from different orchards.
