1 1/4 lb ground sirloin, homemade 불고기 (bulgogi) sauce, 김치 (kimchi) chopped into small pieces
Mix all the above ingredients together well
Make into individual small patties - make them kinda thick so when you pressed them in the pan, they flatten out nicely and don't get too thin
Fry or Grill. I find for best taste, cast iron skillet works best
Finished product
on bun - lettuce, tomato, red onion and smoked white cheddar fries on the side
Fries dusted with 고추가루 (red pepper flakes). Orange sauce in the background is a mixture of Japanese Kewpie Mayo and 고추장 (red pepper paste)
