The largely smoke-free Happy-New-Year-Stammtisch
Photos and comments by Max. Hooray, Austria finally has got a strict non-smoking policy in public places as of January 1, 2009! Well... not really: they did it (of course!) "the Austrian way", which means no one really knows what the policy is exactly. Or something like that. Still, some people do know, and this meant that our room in the 'Herzl' now officially is a smoke-free one... with a couple of democratically appointed exceptions for the crowd.
