Deacon Ordination
Eleven individuals were ordained to the Sacred Order of Deacons at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at the Cathedral of St. Philip. by Bishop of Atlanta J. Neil Alexander. Those ordained were;: Nora Cruz-Diaz, Christ Church, Norcross; Lesley-Anne Drake, St. Benedict's, Smyrna; Katharine Hilliard-Yntema, Church of the Epiphany, Atlanta; Elizabeth Grant Hilton, Holy Trinity, Decatur; Christopher Lemley, St. Benedict's, Smyrna; Nadine Pope, St. Catherine's, Marietta; Juan Sandoval, St. Catherine's, Marietta; Janet Tidwell, Christ Church, Macon; Arthur Villarreal, St. Bartholomew's, Atlanta; Barbara Windom, St. Francis', Macon; and Rick Wright, All Saints', Atlanta.
