The fish boil at Old Post Office Restaurant
Lake Michigan Whitefish caught that morning.
When the oils from the whitefish rise to the top of the kettle...
kerosene is added to the flames...
creating the "boil over"...
spilling the fish oils over the side...
and signaling that the fish is ready to serve.
The drive in was fun! The monster mosquitos were not!
