A goal of HardwareMap is to make it obvious what device is selected in this case it is the webcam behind the Fanta bottle
the burn disk image button was pressed a dialogue appears allowing the user to select an image to burn
then the disk image and the disk drive are passed to Brasero so it can burn the disk
The test playback button makes the remote speaker beep This helps you figure out which speaker it actually is.
hardware2 uses gudev (hardware uses HAL). To get the hardware2 tab install python-gudev
