Day Trip - Mt. Hood Meadows Trails
Intermediate ski trip to the Mt. Hood Meadows Nordic Center on Jan 26th, 2011 turned out to be a perfect ski day with good snow and good weather. We had lunch at Sahallie Falls. We returned to the cars going thru the meadow below the Hood River Ski lift and returned to the cars where we dropped our packs and set out for some more skiing. Marc, Larry and Terry went to Clark Creek while the others took a different route on the Nordic groomed tracks. We all eventually returned to the cars by 1500 hrs satisfied with the perfect ski day.
