Ty Reddish attacked and stranguled Nye Frank, Ty grabbed Nye by the head and dropped his legs to pull him down with all his weight. Nye Frank back where Ty Reddish knees had gone into his back. Riverside County Sheriff and DA office stated as a fact that Nye had a heart attack and no visible injuries. The Fire department put down no injuries as a favor to the Sheriff and DA buddies on the official incidence report. Valdossa Truck, Baja 1000 2007 built by Dave Clark, Dave Clark crew chief of Valdolsa team took Nye's ashes to Cabo during the Baja 1000 in 2007. Nye went to help chase often with this team. Dave worked with Nye a total of 29 years since he was 17years old. Like a son and best friend to Nye and Lee.

different race teams brought the tents for the day of Nye's service along with chairs. They had caterers that cook at the races bring food. I was so exhausted and sad I fell asleep right at the end of the service. When I woke up everything was cleaned and gone like it never happened. Thank you all that helped. The Oak trees that line our new home are brown in the pictures from the big fire in 2006. But they are coming back now. Nye did everything he could to keep the big oak in front before the fire. The house is practically built around it.
