"Hi, it is a long process. First you make a positive either by hand or mill it by a CNC machine. The you make it as shiny as possible (long process) and then you are ready to make the mould. First layer is done with some kind of mould epoxy, then you use epoxy and glassfibre and perhaps a steel frame to support it. Mind you, there are many ways of doing this."
