CPDC's Regional Civil Society Conference: Setting the 2030 Agenda
This Conference, hosted by the Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC), Caribbean Civil Society Setting the 2030 Agenda: Counter Narratives and Heterodox Thinking sought to ask the questions of whither regional civil society, what is the development ethos currently driving regional development and how does civil society fit within the present context.
The objectives of the meeting were to:
1. Critically assess the current socio-economic challenges facing the region
2. To discuss new approaches to addressing the challenges facing the sector
3. To develop a civil society agenda for advocacy
4. To agree on new approaches for financing the institutional
