Major Remodel

This project included remodeling of the kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We also replaced all the doors and windows, new roof, face lift of the exterior and hardscaped with new natural gas BBQ.

Garage and Studio

This project included the demolition of the existing garage which was built around 1930 and rebuilding a custom garage with special oversized bi-fold entry doors, windows, lighting, insulation, drywall, moldings, fire sprinkler system and more. The finished product was considered a garage but designed as an art studio for the owner.

Deck Building II

This deck was built with special structural engineering to accomodate a large jacuzzi over the driveway. Extra large beams (12x14) and (10x12) were used for the main supports. The railings were built with 6x6 posts, 4x8 top rails and 2x ballusters. This craftsman's deck was designed so that very little Simpson hardware was visible. It was probably the most challenging deck that we have built.
