Louisiana “Bangers & Mash” Marciante’s duck sausage with mashed Louisiana sweet potatoes, finished with Steen’s cane syrup and an arugula side salad.
Ploughman’s Lunch Boudin patty, artisanal salame, Marciante’s duck sausage, with manchego and creamy Robiola Bosina, creole mustard, olives, & ciabatta.
It was terrible.
Finished off the bottle before we finished lunch.
Dessert, a very stinky and smokey cheese with dates.
