Light Combat Aircraft Tejas made a maiden landing at Leh, Ladakh on December 13, 2008 at 1326 hrs. The DRDO is presently conducting endurance tests on two prototypes of the LCA, PV-3 and LSP-2, in rarified atmosphere and sub-zero temperatures.
