Anti-Sweep Training with Stability Ball (5-30-06)
Anti-Sweep Training with the Stability Ball. The concept is to work on your balance by first trying to balance on the ball anyway you can withou touching the ground. Then with out your hands, until you are able to stand on the ball. We also work on rollinng with the ball imitating BJJ movements that occur while maintaining or fighting for position.
