These are photos of roof [ before and after ] roof was completed with a GAF 20 year NDL warranty. This roof was completed in May of 2009. The existing roof was torn off completely down the the metal deck, Then an ISO and perlite board was installed over the metal deck as per factory mutual requirements followed by 2 plies of ply 6 fiberglass felt set in hot steep asphalt. New roof penetrations , drains, curb mounted flashing, and scuppers were installed. A final ply, GAF Torch Plus was installed to complete the roof system. There were threats of rain almost daily while the project was in progress in early May. The crews were able to keep everything dry in the process and not one single leak was reported during this diffucult job.
