Blodgetts Landing Photo Album - Photos in this album were taken by a professional photographer, William V.D. Kitchen, who retired to New London, NH in the 1940's. He started a "quick development" service for the Sunapee hotels/inns on the lake. He would pick up rolls of film one day and returned the developed pictures the next day by car around the lake. His niece, Sally, acquired these 8x10 B&W photographs. She has summered on the Landing since the early 1940's - and still does... Thank you Sally for the memories and the pictures. Additional photos William Kitchen had taken in the Sunapee area between 1944 and 1950 - beyond Blodgetts Landing. There are some great winter pictures of “ice harvesting” and the “new” Mt. Sunapee Ski area as well as Maple Sugaring... These photos are at the end of the album.
