One of the many Comet McNaught, this one is C/2009 R1. This photo was shot on 11th June 2010, from Damdama, Haryana, which is towards south west of Delhi, so the comet (in north east) was present right over all the light pollution of Delhi. The comet rose over the pollution, and as soon it reached respectable altitude, the morning twilight started. Captured with Sky Watcher Refractor 500mm, piggybacked over an Meade 8" LX200 telescope. Camera: Canon 450D Stock, 60 x 30sec exposures stacked calibrated with darks and flats.
Comet Hartley-2 (103P) near Owl Cluster in Cassiopeia 4th October 2010 (23:13 IST), Location - Hatu Peak, Himachal Pradesh, India Open Cluster NGC436 can also be seen in the image. Single 10 minute guided exposure, Canon 200mm lens, Canon 450D Digital SLR, Atlas mount.
C/2009 P1 Comet Garradd on 29 September 2011 in Hercules shot from Binsar in the Himalayas 8 exposures of 240seconds, guided on the comet, Cropped from a 200mm lens + Canon 450D DLSR camera.
