'Hanagasa' is the name of this hat for the Festival.
Haneto dancers having fun even before the Nebuta starts. If I'm not mistaken, you can rent one of those costumes and take part of the Aomori Nebuta Matsuri.

Calpis boys! I heard one girl behind me saying 'Kawaisoo!' (poor boy!, tadinho!) because she thought they were wearing those ridiculous costume. Calpis is a famous Japanese uncarbonated soft drink.
