Started with 4' x 8' sheets of 3mm marine grade plywood.
Gluing up the bottom panels.
Laying out the bottom panels.
Gluing on a brace to the side panels.
Starting to stitch it together. Bottom panels are on the floor.
Reinforcing the joints with fiberglass.
I added a fiberglass blanket for extra protection.
Fiberglass blanket saturated with epoxy.
Gluing up the deck supports.
Hull finished. Hard not to put it in the water right now.
Bulkheads installed. Deck is coated with epoxy (floor) and ready for installation.
All done, ready for paint and varnish.
Bow pour (epoxy is poured into the bow and the stern to reinforce them).
