Lisa took us to this GREAT place for lunch...the Burger Joint...
it was soooooo yummmy!!!
just look at that Austrian throughly enjoying this authentic American meal!
the Burger Joint is really hidden behind a curtain and down a narrow corridor inside Le Parker Meridien Hotel

lots of traffic
there was an Assembly of God church putting on a big concert/service called 'Prayer in the Square.' There were just TONS of people there.
Round two with Starbucks...but these drinks were only $2 each!
Lisa enjoying her Pumpkin Spice
i can't remember what I had, but it wasn't quite as good as the Pumpkin Spice. ;)
This staute of Christopher Columbus can be found....at Columbus Circle!!! Don't worry, Chris, we haven't forgotten you...October 21st will soon be here!
Thomas liked this sign
this is the church we met in for the evening and 2nd Redeemer service. I believe it is an old Baptist Church buildling
this is what it looks like on the insdie.
we took the subway to Penn Station. then we headed back home on the Long Island Railroad. we had to wait near this sign to find out what track our train was leaving on. what a wonderful day in New York City!
